Tired of receiving scratch, poor maintained or uninspected videos. They would even freeze-up in the middle of the movie, unable to get passed to enjoy what was left to play. I receive video that was even broken upon receipt. No refund, no compensation, NOTHING!... Just "we sorry". Fed-up with service, it's like anything else anymore, to good to be true!

We received Netflix as a gift for three months. It was a no-brainer to keep the subscription, although we down-sized our plan to meet our needs. We love it! We rotate among family member's choices of movies and everyone stays happy. We usually watch the movie over the weekend, ship it out Monday, and the new one usually arrives Wednesday or Thursday. It's perfect! I've even given it as a gift, too.
