Both my neighbor and I have Gameznflix. I rent 360, PS3, He rents Old Xbox. We ship back games at the same Post office. His take 24 to 48 hours to show returned, mine show 5-9 days to show returned. They pretend my games have not arrived so as to not send out new one's. I have the 3 out plan and have yet to have 3 out at once. They only carry about 60 out of 375 Xbox 360 games, about 40 out of 300 Blu-ray titles, 25 out of 60 PS3 titles. 50% of that is on backorder and wont ever show up. So that leave you with very little to play and Gameznflix not able to support there Game Out Plans. Customer Care is pretty good though but when it comes down to it, am I getting Games or NOT? I dont know why, but I cant even navigate their website. Everytime I search for a game or moive, I get a "Sorry Not found" message (or something of that sort). It's complete BS. I still joined for the trial, and rarely was able to even log in or add games to my queue due to errors! After that, once I FINALLY was able to log in, I canceled immediately. Then I send them an e-mail, and they basically just shrug me off. Their customer serivice is a good representation of their rental service. CRAP. I don't like gameznflix. They would be dominant in the DVD rental industry if they just stop being lazy and fix their site, customer service, and get a better selection of games. By JimOnes from Washington. D.C.

First off, one of the better values out there. Unfortunately, GNF needs to do a better job of running a business. Selection is poor, still waiting on some games and movies that have been out for a long time and no longer have that "new" mark about them. The Que system is too random...still waiting on my top three on my list since I started 4 months ago. Shipping is not bad but some times after they receive the rentals back, they take 3-5 days to ship another out. Think if they fix some of these problems then they would stand far above the other rental sites but using GNF can be frustrating at times and worth it at others. By TeeTocks from GA

Don't be fool by the amount of shipping distribution this company has (which is alot compare to other rental companies like Gamefly). The selection is horrible and the amount of time for them to order new releases are horrible. It will take them a week to a month for them to have new releases available. Even if new releases are available to ship right then (their availability meter is full), they will ship older games to you that were on the bottom of the queue. Not that there are alot of older games to select from. Despite having many distribution centers, they will ship your games from another distribution center instead of the ones closer to your location. These so-call distribution centers must be home-operation and not actual factories. Take it from me, quantity is not everything. In this case GameZnFlix has alot of bells and whistles to lure customers in, but it doesn't have anything to offer. By zetasoul from waldorf, md

This is an excellent value for your dollar. For the same amount of money you would pay to Blockbuster or Netflix to keep 3 DVD's (not games) out at a time, you can get the annual 6 DVD's/games out of Gameznflix. The shipping turnaround isn't half bad for me...takes a day to get over there, then they usually ship within the next day (and takes 2 days to get here)...thus from my mailbox back to my mailbox is about 4-5 days. Not bad when you're overwhelmed by 6 titles out! I don't have time to play and watch all the stuff coming in!!!!
Selection is great...they usually get the latest movies and games either the week they are out or a week or two after. I've been impressed with the XBOX 360 titles...I had Gears of War opening week!!! Viva Pinata also!

Signed up for their FREE trial and I cancelled almost immediately because they don't have Nintendo DS games. They continue to charge my credit card even 3 months after I cancelled. I had to close my credit card account to stop them. I emailed them 12 times and not even one email was ever answered. There is no customer support phone number. This company doesn't know the meaning of the words customer service. I cannot stress enough that this is a poorly run company of incompetant boobs.

I never receive any game even putting a bunch on the list. there web sites is the worst against netflix & inteliflix. Turn around i bet is very bad I have the one year 6 out at a time deal.
