GameZmFlix has become 100% worthless for PS3 owners, not sure how good it is for other platforms. They have no available games and their selection is relatively poor. I am dropping them today. I have had 10+ titles in my queue for over two weeks and they haven't sent me anything. They "offer" Blu Rays, but the selection is ridiculously bad. I purchased their pre-paid 6-out plan. Everything was great until July and for the last 6 months I never had 6 out again. I had dozens of communications with Gameznflix to voice my displeasure with their refusal to honor my 6-out plan and their answer was always to add more games to my queue. Well, I kept over 40 titles in my queue at all times, many of which I really didn't care to play, I was just hoping they would at least ship them...they never did. Their customer service is terrible, their inventory management is terrible, and their ability to honor your agreement is terrible. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! There are a number of other services out there and there is no way they could be any worse. By Dad from Texas

I used Gameznflix for a movie and game rental service. I liked the convenience however the turn around time was not so good and the order queue was terrible. I would have an item to be in the number 1 slot and they would never ship what was in the order I had it placed. To make matters worse the availability on anything that came out recently in the past 6 months you might as well forget about trying to get... They either dont own it or dont have enough copies to mail to more then one person at a time! If you do get the service you will probably laugh when you find out for yourself and say yeah Bob tried warning me about this. I have read all the reviews and would just like to say I have not had any trouble for a while now. At first things were slow, but they were a new company. I think now that they have more distribution centers you will find that gameznflix has excellent turn-around time and a wonderful selection! By bill from Norman, OK

1 hour after signing up we cancelled. website is a joke! pages wont load, kept logging me out, most frustrating, time wasting experience i've ever had!

Ive been with Gameznflix now for over a year, and since that time Ive seen the service just get worse. I had the 3 game out at a time option, I would send something in, and it would take sometimes over 2 weeks for them to send the next game. Usually ended with me having to email them first, then the game would be sent right afterwards. The availability icon is a hand which is their logo, but its rather piss poor at indicating if there any more of the titles left for you to rent. Their website also doesnt seem very friendly toward using other web browsers that are not Internet Explorer. They changed the website layout about two months ago, and ever since then, trying to click on items is almost impossible. It places the pop-ups for one game over another, so when you try to move up to it to click on the pop-up, you end up selecting another game instead half the time. The price is great compared to other game rental services out there, just plan on not getting too many games at once or expecting a quick turn around like you would with Netflix. Without question, the worst company I have ever done business with. I prepaid the $240 for the six out plan early in 2007 and after six months they just stopped shipping anything. To make matters worse, they also stopped checking in all my returns and when I go to cancel my account or change my account online, it won't let me.
I would be shocked if they don't attempt to recharge my card for $240 in 2008. Not really looking forward to filling out the charge back paperwork, but I'm sure it will come to that since there is no way to cancel, get them to clear my Que or ship me any games. Amazing!!!!!!!!! Just wanted to tell everybody not to rent your games from GameZ'n'Flix! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone who's thinking of signing up for their web site, don’t they will over charge your credit card. 91 people have reported GameZnFlix to the Better Buisness Bureau in the last 3 months. Something is wrong, these 94 people can be all at fault! Check it out if you don't believe me!

Have subscribed for almost one month and only received first set DVD/Games. Kept movies for only one day and returned at post office for quick return. Still haven't shipped next set in queue. Cheep rentals but, you get what you pay for...If your wanting one of the newer games you will be waiting for weeks...Im thinking sbout switching to GameFly..There higher but, atleast you can get the games to play...GameFly $23/month(2games) GNF $13/Month (2Games) **IF you select older games** I have 1 game out and waiting and a close friend of mine has 2 out and not receved his 3rd game as of yet..Hes been waitng 5 weeks on it.. It was great for the first year but my 6 out plan has just sat doing nothing since August despite having 50+ items in my queue. I cancelled a week or two ago and got my money back.
I have a suspicion they don't have all the games they say they have. For example, there are no reviews or user ratings for virtually all xbox360 games released after about June 2007. There are plenty of reviews for older titles. Add to that the fact that many users are reporting having been sent nothing since June/July this year despite having 40-50 items in their queue, unless they request very old titles, are we to assume those titles are not in their inventory at all?
Look at their site - no reviews for MotoGP 07 (released August 28), Nascar 08 (released July 24), Ratatouille (released June 26), and it is now December 12th. There are a couple of big titles they seem to have, such as Halo3 and Medal of Honor, but the vast majority - nothing. I looked through and found an enormous number of items which nobody appears to have been sent. I asked their customer service about this and they couldn't answer the question. It is mathematically impossible for nobody to review any of the titles released since June, when active users are still reviewing older titles. By Parsnipnose3000 from WA

The service was superior when I started. I received movies and games on a regular basis, and turnaround was VERY quick. However after 2 months I stopped receiving them. In fact, there were 2 more months of receiving a total of 1 rental in that whole time. (with a list of over 31 rentals). I also tried to make a purchase through them, but never received it.
