Without question, the worst company I have ever done business with. I prepaid the $240 for the six out plan early in 2007 and after six months they just stopped shipping anything. To make matters worse, they also stopped checking in all my returns and when I go to cancel my account or change my account online, it won't let me.
I would be shocked if they don't attempt to recharge my card for $240 in 2008. Not really looking forward to filling out the charge back paperwork, but I'm sure it will come to that since there is no way to cancel, get them to clear my Que or ship me any games. Amazing!!!!!!!!! Just wanted to tell everybody not to rent your games from GameZ'n'Flix! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for fraud. Just wanted to give a heads up to everyone who's thinking of signing up for their web site, don’t they will over charge your credit card. 91 people have reported GameZnFlix to the Better Buisness Bureau in the last 3 months. Something is wrong, these 94 people can be all at fault! Check it out if you don't believe me!

Have subscribed for almost one month and only received first set DVD/Games. Kept movies for only one day and returned at post office for quick return. Still haven't shipped next set in queue. Emailed customer service and response was to go to the FAQs for answers. Big help. Will probably drop service. By Astro from Los Angeles

Cheep rentals but, you get what you pay for...If your wanting one of the newer games you will be waiting for weeks...Im thinking sbout switching to GameFly..There higher but, atleast you can get the games to play...GameFly $23/month(2games) GNF $13/Month (2Games) **IF you select older games** I have 1 game out and waiting and a close friend of mine has 2 out and not receved his 3rd game as of yet..Hes been waitng 5 weeks on it.. It was great for the first year but my 6 out plan has just sat doing nothing since August despite having 50+ items in my queue. I cancelled a week or two ago and got my money back.
I have a suspicion they don't have all the games they say they have. For example, there are no reviews or user ratings for virtually all xbox360 games released after about June 2007. There are plenty of reviews for older titles. Add to that the fact that many users are reporting having been sent nothing since June/July this year despite having 40-50 items in their queue, unless they request very old titles, are we to assume those titles are not in their inventory at all?
Look at their site - no reviews for MotoGP 07 (released August 28), Nascar 08 (released July 24), Ratatouille (released June 26), and it is now December 12th. There are a couple of big titles they seem to have, such as Halo3 and Medal of Honor, but the vast majority - nothing. I looked through and found an enormous number of items which nobody appears to have been sent. I asked their customer service about this and they couldn't answer the question. It is mathematically impossible for nobody to review any of the titles released since June, when active users are still reviewing older titles. By Parsnipnose3000 from WA

The service was superior when I started. I received movies and games on a regular basis, and turnaround was VERY quick. However after 2 months I stopped receiving them. In fact, there were 2 more months of receiving a total of 1 rental in that whole time. (with a list of over 31 rentals). I also tried to make a purchase through them, but never received it.

I am just sick and tired of paying money to this website while my games just sit in my queue... Seriously, they say to have at least 15 games in the queue, so I do. I also have games of all different availabilities, and still no games shipped (since my last games arrived at their facility) for TWO WEEKS!!! I mean, really, two weeks, that's half my subscription period, and nothing. This isn't the first time, either. Also, I bought my brother a "Gift Certificate" on their site, and when he tried to use it, he couldn't without a credit card. Are you kidding me!!! The certificate was paid in full and they still needed for the gift recipient to provide a credit card! UNREAL! This business is shifty at best. It's a load of garbage. Gameznflix is extremely cheap compared to the other services and has a good enough selection of games + the option of DVDs. However, the selection is practically a lie. The vast majority of their available games are not available at all - and availability means everything. Half of the games in my queue have been there for months and still have not received it. I've gone over a month with 15+ games in my queue that have generally average "availability" and not get a single one. They never have the games I want most.
I used the service about 6 or 7 months, mostly only because it's $15 for 3 games out. But now that the current-gen consoles are beginning to pump out the big games more consistently, I find myself buying games and renting from blockbuster. I've only been getting the games I'm merely partially interested in and I rarely reach 3 games out from Gameznflix regardless of the fact my queue always maintains 15-20 games.
I made a support query asking why I wasn't getting any games and, instead of answering, they deleted it.
They've sent the wrong game multiple times and the games have been lost in the mail twice. They did not charge me for these, though, and had no problem removing them from my "out" list.
On the plus side, when they did ship a game, it was always very fast. Shipping to them would take 0-2 days (sometimes they get the game the same day I put it in the mailbox), and getting mailed a game took 1-3 days. The few times I had a legitimately available game in my queue with my 3 games out, the turnaround time was as little as 2 days.
The queue list is a pain to arrange the order you want your games in. You can only either change the number (1 at a time - the page refreshes every time you change one) or send the game to the top of the list. Sending the game to the top works, but changing the number never does. Since it refreshes every time you change the number ranking of a game, and obviously there already is a game with that number, it reacts oddly. The game will either go one off from what you wanted, or not move at all. The site also only works with Internet Explorer. I hate IE. By Pat Bateman from New Jersey

I could write a book on how terrible this service is, but I will sum it up w/ this:
In the last month I have received 0 games...
In the last 3 months I have received 2 games...
In the last 6 months I have not had my full allotment of games out (at least 2 empty slots)
During this time I have had at least 25 games in my queue. I've been w/ Gameznflix for a while on one of their old yearly plans and it hasn't always been this bad. W/i the last 6 months though, they have slowly declined to the point that it's unbearable. The only reason I'm still w/ them is b/c I'm paid up through January (not that it matters since I don't actually get games.) I have contacted customer service more times than I can count, and I always get the "put more games in your queue" or "sometimes it takes a while to get the games in" lines. The last time I even got put on the "special list" that will expedite my getting games. That was a month ago.... Long story short, don't give this company your money, ever... By John from FL

I subscribed to gameznflix for over two year, but just closed my account today. I was signed up for 3 rentals at a time, but in the past six months they only sent about 1 title per month and they were titles at the bottom of my list.
Also 1 out of every 6 returns would not register on their system. I would have to email tech support to have my account reflect that I returned a rental.
BTW, according to gameznflix a return is not lost until two weeks after you sent it, so you could return something tomorrow, but don't expect them to confirm the return for another two weeks.

We had this for about two months and just cancelled today. It's pretty good for the price, but the ship time is somewhat slow which equals out to paying the same thing at Blockbuster, returning it yourself and getting the next game immediatley; which is why we cancelled. Perhaps someone with a higher plan may enjoy this more, we did the basic $8.99/month plan. All in all not a bad experience. Never had trouble getting/returning games. Most of the games we wanted were available. Would recommend, but recommend perhaps using a higher plan to get more games per month. By Mostly Satisfied from North Carolina
