You may never get a game from gameznflix. I have waited and paid for four months now for any one of my 12 ready to ship or short wait video games. None have come and they continue to steal my money and give poor customer service.

I joined this service and its been over a month since I've had something sent to me. They claim that it is due to "high demand" and "limited availability", but they aren't willing to do anything about it. Don't waste your money!!!

please avoid gameznflix at all costs. while they are very reasonably priced, you do get what you pay for and it isn't much. try getting a new release...even months after it was released still not happening. i tried this service for 3 months and kept about 50 games and movies in my queue and was lucky if i ever recieved anything in the middle of the pack. if i wanted to get anything at all i resorted to putting movies and games i would normally not be all that interested in into my queue. long story short, it's not worth it.

In the beginning when you have a large list of old games to play, they are ok. They do not have enough stock of newer stuff. I had over 60 games and movies on my queue and none were available to send out a number of times. I would rank games and movies in the order I would like to get them, I would hardly ever get a game in my top 20. I was offered an extension, because they were expecting a big shipment of games, I tried it, but the service did not get any better. I was offered a refund of services as I paid for the year. I was told 4-6 weeks I would get it. I called today for the second time (about 7 weeks from cancellation) was told it would be another 30 days when I asked to speak to someone higher I was told no. When I asked for an explanation of why I needed to wait any longer, I was told about this long process. When I told them I do not care about the long process, I just want the refund I was promised they just kept giving me the run around. I really do not trust this company.

We have had this for over 2 months now and just cancelled...we got 1 game that took 2 weeks to get...we sent it back because it wasn't what we thought, and we have been waiting for 5 weeks for another game to ship...finally, we had enough and cancelled. You can't really get a straight answer from anywhere or anyone on their turn around time, and when we had GameFly before, we had a new game within 5 days at the most, we could mail one back on Monday and have a new one by Friday...why would you pay for a service monthly when for over a month you aren't able to use it? I switched to this company to try to save a little money each month, but it wasn't worth it...What I spent for 2 months for the 1 game I played for a day, I could have bought the game in the store for. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Buyer Beware!! Cheaper is NOT always better.

I have had this service for over a year and I just canceled today because what I was getting has just become unacceptable. When I started the service it was very nice and much cheaper than everyone else. But since then it has just gone downhill. I'm supposed to have at least 2 games out at once, but they will only send me one. And the one they do send is number 6 on my list. Whats even worse is that disk came to me cracked. I've had enough. I guess you get what you pay for... except if that were really true these last few months should've been free for me.
PS - As compared to Netflix (which is also have) their shipping takes 4 - 5 days longer & they will only ship 1 title each day.
Do not use this service.

In the 5 months that I used the '2 game' service, I received 2 damaged games, 4 games that worked, and 6 WEEKS WITH NO GAMES IN HAND! 6 weeks is a long time to receive no games or have any out. I even had "short wait", and "long wait" games in my que. In the entire 5 months, I never received a title that wasn't a "short wait" title.

But, I digress.

-Has been a year and have yet to see first 35 selections.
-discs have a high risk of coming in the mail scratched and unplayable; maybe due to the fact that they are sent in simple wax sleeves in paper envelopes.
-Have to wait 10 days even if you KNOW you have mailed something back, this makes for even MORE waiting time.

Overall, your better off paying up front at your local video store. There is no waiting involved. If your disk is scratched, you just go back and get an exchange. You have a higher probability of getting what YOU WANT!

Riddler- I agree with you. It is also worth noting that Videogamehead's home of origin is Seattle Washington...which in fact is the first suggestion for the location entry line on this review page. Interesting!

To Videogamehead review titled "on point"- So tell me why did you decided to copy and paste your review unto another site? (http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews97429.html)
Isn't it rather convenient that you begin to talk of the details of the service gameznflix has rather than the experience you are having? Sounds more like an advertisement to me.
Both reviews are exactly a day apart as well. What..did you get angry because of all the TRUE negative comments, and decide to go on a massive review spree?
How can you say "all the guys in the barracks use it as well" Did you personally go through and ask every single soldier and marine?
Questions, questions, too many questions...
Sounds to me that you were a paid individual (perhaps an employee of gameznflix?) whom is trying to combat the bad so people won't get hesitant about boarding the gameznflix crazy train to frustration land. The facts never lie, and if you truly are in the military, then you will be familiar with the phrase:" 1 “oh crap” can ruin 100 “atta boys” So despite your best effort, the white shirt that you claim to be gameznflix, is and will forevermore be tarnished. Not even All with stain lifters can clean this company. Enjoy your bonus.

I put more than 30 titles in my rental list in a two titles out per month's plan. And after two months of memberships, I only get one game title shipped.

No matter how competitive the price is, if they are not sending out title, it will only deserve a rating 1 for all category. I want to rate it a 0 though.

I joined Gamez-N-Flix specifically to rent games. I've belonged for over a month and have yet to see one game. They flat-out do not have the stock to support their greedy exspansion attempts, and what this means is very few copies being shared across the U.S. They can't even produce titles that have been out for over 6 months. Currently, they have a movie I returned logged back in but refuse to even acknowledge they have it back, and the customer support won't bother doing anything for you but send you clipping of the FAQ page. Absolutely useless. I would NOT recommend Gamez-N-Flix. Grade: F

I have been with these guys for over two years now and it has been horrible for almost a year. The last xbox 360 game I got was back in July. I have over 40 items in my queue but can only get original xbox and old movies.

I wont pay a dime more for this type of service. So far they keep 'extending' my membership, but unless they change there service I wont allow my billing cycle to come round.

It is sad because I am still on their 8 out at a time deal, but 8 xbox or older than the hills movies are not worth the money.

I had read the reviews concerning games n flix and thought I would give it a try. Well, here it is 3 months later and I have yet to receive my 1st game (WII). Fortunately they were kind enough to charge me for the last 3 months of no service. When I emailed them and asked simply to begin charging me when I started to actually receive a product, I was told that wasn't their policy. I consider the charges a "stupid tax" and will suggest to anyone that listens to stay away from them.

I am in the military and an avid videogame head. I like the fact that they have a military discount for us. The discount is for all military members including civilian contractors and dependents. Plus you get a free trial along with that discount. It's definitely a lot cheaper than Blockbuster or Netflix. All the guys in the barracks use Gameznflix as well. I've never had any incidents like these other folks have. But I have had a dvd become late a couple times but keep in mind I am also overseas. They could have a lot more as for as old movies but I am happy with the selection they have.

Have been with them since August '07 with 55 items in my queue and have yet to see first 25-30 selections. Always recieve things toward the end. The "wait status" hand is a joke, since within those 25-30 items that I'm waiting for, about 5 are labeled as "ready or short wait". I am also tired of recieving unplayable media as well. I believe they should at least attempt to check their product upon receipt and before sending it to the next paying customer. Everyone knows the mailing system can be a bit rough, yet they send them in a wax coated sleeve in a paper envelope. Quite often, I have sent two discs back at the same time, and 4 days later, one is checked in but not the other. There is not a way to organize your "NQueue" either. When you click rent, it will appear at the bottom of your list. To move it up, you must type in a number and hit return...only, it wont be in the number you typed. So your list is just like playing the slots in vegas. You know whats on the wheels, but dont know where it will stop. On a good note, they are cheap, and you do get movies and games, and shipping times can be predictably good, at times. I see other folks review on how this company is good initially. I would say its just like wearing a white shirt. It may look good when you first put it on, but when it gets dirty, it looks stinky and unkept no matter what. I gave the value a 4, because its cheap, and I'm getting what I paid for, right? Shoddy service! Who knows, maybe one day before I cancel, I just might get one of my top choices, but that would mean that hell has in fact frozen over, and satan is giving free sleigh rides.
