So, I've been a STAUNCH supporter of GamezNFlix for many years...
The service was great. I had 6 titles out a month for $20/mo (prepaid $249/annual). Things were going GREAT until sometime in October of 2007... when titles stopped shipping as quickly.
I complained, they'd add a month of free service...
I had accumulated 4 months of free service in the last year...
Well, lately, I haven't received a new title since MAY... so I called and complained, got the same **** answer of "We're in the process of ordering new titles" and I have 40 titles in my queue and apparently NONE are available!?
So I tell them, I want to cancel my service and get a refund as I'm paid through until February of 09 (with all the months of free service they added)
So, they call me back and say that they're offering a refund for $62.25...
I tell them that's unacceptable, I haven't had a title in 2 months and I have it paid for 7 months... I expect a refund for 9 months ($180)
She tells me that they roll back all the 'free months of service' and I'm only getting a refund for July through October (3 months)...
Now, this isn't some phone lady... this is the VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS for GamezNFlix... I tell them this is not acceptable and they won't budge...
I have contested this with the CEO. I hope to get a better refund By Jared from Boston

I signed up for a 3 month membership to try out Gamez N' Flix. In those 3 months I've only had 5 titles shipped with a nQueue of 35+ selections with PS3, PS2 and Wii titles in the queue. Several have been sitting at a status of about to ship or short wait, 3 months is NOT a short wait.
Gamez N' Flix obviously does not have the supply to meet their customer's needs. While cheaper than 'other' online services of this type the cost does not justify the lack of service. It would have been cheaper for me to rent the titles I did try from a local rental store. I only ever received older titles, which was fine I wanted to try them out. But nothing that was what I'd call a recent release. Avoid these guys at all cost... pay a few extra dollars to actually get and play the titles you are looking for. ;) By WillNC from Charlotte, NC

Ok so i first sign up, within a week get 2 of my 2 games, return one, within 3 days they tell me they ship one, the next day i get it.
This goes on for 6 or so games.
Now I waited 3 weeks, have not had any games shipped, with 11 on que, and 3 of them 3/4 available.
I email them, they tell me to add more items in my que.
So i added about 20, now up to 31!
3 days later, still nothing mailed...

If you want to wait a long time for a game go with gameznflix. They take up to a week to ship you the game and they have a limited supply of games. The popular games are checked out and you wait months for them. Spend a few more dollars and go with another company. By don from nd

Very unhappy with this place. They never responded to countless emails trying to cancel my membership.

Pure and simple, bad service would be something annoying, or a little slow. If you go a month with nothing shipped, it's a ripoff. 'Specially if, when you request a refund they state "no refund policy".
And yes I've had 20 items in my queue, some from the "available" list.
This sounds inexpensive, but you are still throwing money away, please dont be fooled, and please dont reward a dishonest company. By John from Los Angeles, CA USA

You may never get a game from gameznflix. I have waited and paid for four months now for any one of my 12 ready to ship or short wait video games. None have come and they continue to steal my money and give poor customer service. By nate from pittsburgh

please avoid gameznflix at all costs. while they are very reasonably priced, you do get what you pay for and it isn't much. try getting a new release...even months after it was released still not happening. i tried this service for 3 months and kept about 50 games and movies in my queue and was lucky if i ever recieved anything in the middle of the pack. if i wanted to get anything at all i resorted to putting movies and games i would normally not be all that interested in into my queue. long story short, it's not worth it. In the beginning when you have a large list of old games to play, they are ok. They do not have enough stock of newer stuff. I had over 60 games and movies on my queue and none were available to send out a number of times. I would rank games and movies in the order I would like to get them, I would hardly ever get a game in my top 20. I was offered an extension, because they were expecting a big shipment of games, I tried it, but the service did not get any better. I was offered a refund of services as I paid for the year. I was told 4-6 weeks I would get it. I called today for the second time (about 7 weeks from cancellation) was told it would be another 30 days when I asked to speak to someone higher I was told no. When I asked for an explanation of why I needed to wait any longer, I was told about this long process. When I told them I do not care about the long process, I just want the refund I was promised they just kept giving me the run around. I really do not trust this company. By euph from WI

We have had this for over 2 months now and just cancelled...we got 1 game that took 2 weeks to get...we sent it back because it wasn't what we thought, and we have been waiting for 5 weeks for another game to ship...finally, we had enough and cancelled. You can't really get a straight answer from anywhere or anyone on their turn around time, and when we had GameFly before, we had a new game within 5 days at the most, we could mail one back on Monday and have a new one by Friday...why would you pay for a service monthly when for over a month you aren't able to use it? I switched to this company to try to save a little money each month, but it wasn't worth it...What I spent for 2 months for the 1 game I played for a day, I could have bought the game in the store for. I have had this service for over a year and I just canceled today because what I was getting has just become unacceptable. When I started the service it was very nice and much cheaper than everyone else. But since then it has just gone downhill. I'm supposed to have at least 2 games out at once, but they will only send me one. And the one they do send is number 6 on my list. Whats even worse is that disk came to me cracked. I've had enough. I guess you get what you pay for... except if that were really true these last few months should've been free for me.
PS - As compared to Netflix (which is also have) their shipping takes 4 - 5 days longer & they will only ship 1 title each day.
