I had lots of bad experiences with them then finally quit them. When I signed up I trialed gottaplay, gamefly and gamesnflix. gamesnflix was the best value, best overall speed and had a good selection. I never ordered movies and I kept my Netflix because of the terrible selection of movies. They also did not have DS games which did not please my kiddo. The pricing was the best. They charges $250 a year paid annually for 6 out at a time. Yes 6 at a time. That was the best and so worth it. They discontinued this plan without telling me and started taking it out of my account without my say. I was willing to pay more for 6 at a time but they wouldn't do it. I paid for a 6 out at a time membership and rarely had 4 or more. I did not know they would auto renew my annual membership, that's on me totally my fault so after they charged my credit card for the next year I canceled, 4 weeks go by and no refund so I call and the lady tells me you have to request a refund, that was March it's now November and still no refund yet. The call in March was not documented neither was my refund request so Rose said when I called in July. Just got off the phone with Rose again and she said they have a "refund process" but could not tell why the she did in July was completed 4 months later or how much longer it would take.
And the reason I left them, not having enough titles of popular games, having titles listed as back ordered that were released years ago, and suspious turn around time. I put 2 titles in the mail together 1 shows up 2 days later the other takes a week and a half.

The idea of having a site for both games and movies was quite appealing to my family. However, after using the Gamez n Flix service for a few months, I have quit! Nothing was ever available, the selection was very poor and the overall site design, navigation, and ease of use of POOR!!!
My last game was returned to them on July 30th, and I had yet to receive the next item in queue, and it is Sept 2nd. I just quit, and glad that I did. By Ex-User from Pittsburgh, PA

I bought my little brother a year subscription to Gameznflix for Christmas 2007. He activated the account in March due to issues with them charging me twice etc. As of August 28, 2008 my little brother has received one game in April and that is all. They have not mailed him a single other game and refuse to refund my money. This is unacceptable. Not only does my little brother state that all the games on there are old titles but the company is telling me that since April none of the games that are in my brothers Queue are available because they are "high demand titles". I demand a refund for this. I will be willing to pay for one month, as he did receive one game, however, I refuse to pay for the whole year.I feel this company is scamming people. If they do not have the resources to accomodate a subscription service they should not be in business. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and submitted a dispute to get my money back. So, I've been a STAUNCH supporter of GamezNFlix for many years...
The service was great. I had 6 titles out a month for $20/mo (prepaid $249/annual). Things were going GREAT until sometime in October of 2007... when titles stopped shipping as quickly.
I complained, they'd add a month of free service...
I had accumulated 4 months of free service in the last year...
Well, lately, I haven't received a new title since MAY... so I called and complained, got the same **** answer of "We're in the process of ordering new titles" and I have 40 titles in my queue and apparently NONE are available!?
So I tell them, I want to cancel my service and get a refund as I'm paid through until February of 09 (with all the months of free service they added)
So, they call me back and say that they're offering a refund for $62.25...
I tell them that's unacceptable, I haven't had a title in 2 months and I have it paid for 7 months... I expect a refund for 9 months ($180)
She tells me that they roll back all the 'free months of service' and I'm only getting a refund for July through October (3 months)...
Now, this isn't some phone lady... this is the VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS for GamezNFlix... I tell them this is not acceptable and they won't budge...
I have contested this with the CEO. I hope to get a better refund By Jared from Boston

I signed up for a 3 month membership to try out Gamez N' Flix. In those 3 months I've only had 5 titles shipped with a nQueue of 35+ selections with PS3, PS2 and Wii titles in the queue. Several have been sitting at a status of about to ship or short wait, 3 months is NOT a short wait.
Gamez N' Flix obviously does not have the supply to meet their customer's needs. While cheaper than 'other' online services of this type the cost does not justify the lack of service. It would have been cheaper for me to rent the titles I did try from a local rental store. I only ever received older titles, which was fine I wanted to try them out. But nothing that was what I'd call a recent release. Avoid these guys at all cost... pay a few extra dollars to actually get and play the titles you are looking for. ;) By WillNC from Charlotte, NC

Ok so i first sign up, within a week get 2 of my 2 games, return one, within 3 days they tell me they ship one, the next day i get it.
This goes on for 6 or so games.
Now I waited 3 weeks, have not had any games shipped, with 11 on que, and 3 of them 3/4 available.
I email them, they tell me to add more items in my que.
So i added about 20, now up to 31!
3 days later, still nothing mailed...

If you want to wait a long time for a game go with gameznflix. They take up to a week to ship you the game and they have a limited supply of games. The popular games are checked out and you wait months for them. Spend a few more dollars and go with another company. By don from nd

Very unhappy with this place. They never responded to countless emails trying to cancel my membership.

Pure and simple, bad service would be something annoying, or a little slow. If you go a month with nothing shipped, it's a ripoff. 'Specially if, when you request a refund they state "no refund policy".
And yes I've had 20 items in my queue, some from the "available" list.
This sounds inexpensive, but you are still throwing money away, please dont be fooled, and please dont reward a dishonest company. By John from Los Angeles, CA USA
