I have been using gamefly for 5 months and am about to cancel. I subscribed to the 3 out at a time to test the maximum number of games I could rent in a month. From the day of sign up, it took a week to receive my first game. Based on Gamefly's web site, it also took a week for returned games to reach them. It then took approximately 4 days for Gamefly to ship my next selection out. This means that one game takes 3 weeks to process and an average cost of $8.00 per game per month.
During the first 3 months I kept games for a week and could only max out 3 games between billings. Even if I returned games the next day after receiving, I could only achieve one turn around per month making 6 games per month the max. At $24 per month, that gives an average price of $4 per game. At first gamefly was great. I received my games within 1-2 business days, but that stopped quickly. Didnt receive a game for almost a month without any compensation. Poor service!!!! By Sean from North Carolina

Gamefly has way too many subscribers for the number of games they have. I used to love gamefly when I first started over a year ago, but now they are just too big. I had 17 different XBOX 360 games on my game list (not all new releases) and I couldn't even get one of them. Every single one of them had a wait. Even the next two PS2 games had a wait on them. They ended up sending me my #20 game on my list. Absolutely ridiculous. You can also expect a lot of wait time between games as they only have one distribution center for the entire country and it's in California. So if you live anywhere east of the Mississippi, you're in for a wait. I DO NOT SUGGEST! By Oz from Indianapolis, IN
