Almost 11 days i have waited for my next game to ship from Gamefly and this is not the first time i have had to wait this long to get my next game. It should not matter if the next game in my queue is available or not. What is so hard about comparing my Queue to their available titles and shipping me the next available one? I have upward of 15 titles in my queue. Not all the games in my queue are LOW availability and i want the most popular games atop my queue to ensure i get the newest releases whenever possible, but i don't understand why it takes Gamefly 10 days to determine what to ship next, especially when i have titles in my Queue that are marked HIGH availability. Also, I find it even further revealing that all the new titles availability are marked as LOW availability yet if i was so inclined they would have no problem selling me a brand new copy of the same title. If you have brand new games for sale and LOW availability on your rentals then maybe you need to allocate those new copies you intend to sell into your rental inventory.

Seriously, I would love to find a similar service that actually operates efficiently because the idea is good but the service is terrible.

It takes me well over a week from the morning I mail a game back to them and the time I get the next game in the mail. When I do get my next game, it is something from near the bottom of my queue.

I would not recommend.

GAMEFLY SUCKS!!! They are such a joke and what is so much BS, is that two games which I have placed in my que has only played halfway through and then froze. I reported them damaged and requested a new copy to ben sent to me. These automated messages have been sent advising me that this is the second game that they have received damaged and they keep same the same old damn email about how the games can be damaged by moving the XBOX or it being knocked over and BLAH BLAH BLAH. They will go ahead and charge my account for the full price of the damaged games. They can take this email and shove it, as I'm disappointed with their service and how quick they are to blame the consumer for their problems. I have owned my XBOX for several years now and none of my games have been damaged. Maybe they need to take a step back and take a long hard look at their Quality Control.

2 big problems; turn around time was at least 6 days and it even took 12 days. I am only 2 hours drive time from distribution center In Tampa. Secondly, they don't have Enough of the newer titles for you to rent so I always got games much further down in cue because the older games are more available. And customer service is a 20 minute wait to get someone live. And I was hung up on as well for complaing about how long it took. Canceled service after 2 months. Great concept bit poor execution.

Gamefly is ok. I just started I saw how some your shipping takes pretty long since the Gamefly station ships from the FL im right here so its likes a day or 2 for me to receive. I got the latest title availability so that satisfy me and keep the game price is decently cheap though the part its used.

I'm not sure exactly how to put into words how disappointed I am in the lack of satisfaction I have experienced with Gamefly. I signed up for the 8.95 trial roughly 2 weeks ago and was really excited at the concept of your service especially the fact that if you like a game you can keep it for a used price. It looked to me like it was just like netflix for video games. I was TOTALLY wrong! First, the game that was first sent to me was 8 or 9 on my Q list. Second, I was told that due to (more popular games being in my Q)high demand I wasn't going to receive any of my top 8 games....Then, when i received the game I sent it back because I wasn't crazy about it. Now, I get an email stating I will be getting (YET AGAIN) a game that was very very low on my Q. Not to mention I TOOK IT OFF MY Q 2 DAYS AGO!! To me, this is absolute BS. That being said, I believe they have a great concept and product. However, due to the absolute dissatisfaction I will be sending the game right back and canceling my account immediately. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

im getting new games days after there released, maybe im just one of the lucky people.

they have definitely & still are constantly improving.
ive ordered gamefly on 3 different occasions.
1. (dec2008) turn around time took weeks & very low availability.
2. (aug2009) turn around took 2-4 days as they said. low availability.
3. (feb2010) high availability. no turn around problems. everything works as they said.

I live in greenville, sc. All of my games have come from the tampa location. Turn around for me from the time I place in my mailbox until I receive the next is 4-6 days. When I first started, I could place 1 in the box on Tuesday and have in time for the weekend. Lately, I place in the box Monday and get a new one on Saturday.

Game Fly works great. I like to play lots of games (I have an Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP), and can't afford to buy new games all the time. With GameFly, I can test all the games out and keep them for as long as I want to play them without worrying about late fees or due dates.

I hate when you buy a video game and it ends up sucking. It is a waste of money and you can't sell a crappy game back for much money.

That is why I like Gamefly so much. If you try out a game and it isn't very good, you just send it back for another one right away.

While I am sure that Gamefly does try to please, in all aspects of customer service they fall short. There response time of 2-4 days is a joke and both of the replies that I got took 5 days, and while not far outside there window during this entire time I had no games delivered to me. I had 3 games that were in my que and medium availability and none of them were delivered. Upon trying to cancel my subscription after being deeply dissatisfied they charged me the full subscription cost and I still never got to rent a game from them. Way to go Gamefly, I would recommend any other service then them.
